Sometimes we look for a sign in life that we’re on the right path.. and sometimes we quite literally get a sign 
This is at my local general store is a like a nod of encouragement every time I see it. It’s a little hard to read but it’s a Joanna Macy quote:
"This is a dark time, filled with suffering and uncertainty. Like living cells in a larger body, it is natural thing that we feel the trauma of our world. So don’t be afraid of the anguish you feel, or the anger or fear, because these are the responses that arise from the depth of your caring and the truth of your interconnectedness with all beings."
